Policy 

   Order receiving 
•Partial order receiving is not allowed. 
•If the customer refuses to receive the order,they will be required to pay the shipping fees.
•If the defective or you received a wrong item, the shipping fees will be covered by the company.

 
    Payments & Returns
• Currently, the only payment methods available are cash on delivery.
•Returns are only allowed if order arrives incorrectly
•Exchanges are only expected if the item is defective and contact us on the same day of delivery 
•packages are allowed to be opened at the door.
•order cancelation must be made before the order is shipping 
  

    Shipping 
•We shipping all over Egypt, Shipping fees is fixed
•The order takes 10 to 14 days to get it

   Washing instructions 
•Hoddies must be washed inside out to avoid any damage to the designs.
•Usage of cold water is preferred as hot or warm water might increase the fade of the colors on your shirt. 
•Usage of the dryer is not advisable, Avoiding harsh cleaning detergents or bleach ensure the best protection.

•Machine washing is an option, Washing by hand helps ensure optimal cleaning.
